The project

Team Excel is a digital platform created by Data Drives Insight to help organisations better understand team performance, psychological safety and workplace culture. The goal was to transform complex diagnostic data into a clear and approachable experience, giving teams the insights they need to identify challenges and make meaningful improvements.

We designed and developed the platform around clarity and ease of use, guiding participants through confidential team assessments before translating their responses into useful, easy-to-understand insights. Interactive dashboards, structured results and targeted learning resources help organisations move beyond simply collecting data and begin turning it into practical action.
