The project

Lifeline WA needed a website that made support easier to find, particularly for people arriving during moments of distress. The existing experience was reimagined with clearer pathways, calmer navigation and immediate access to crisis support, while still giving the organisation room to share its broader services, fundraising initiatives and impact across Western Australia.

Working closely with the Lifeline WA team, we redesigned the website from the ground up with accessibility and ease of use at its core. Every detail, from the content structure and visual language to the custom WordPress build, was carefully considered to create an experience that feels calm, intuitive and reassuring. Key services including crisis chat, donations and fundraising were seamlessly integrated without adding unnecessary complexity.

Today, the website provides a fast, flexible and accessible platform for both the people who rely on Lifeline WA and the team behind it. Critical information is easier to find, ongoing content is simpler to manage and the organisation has a strong digital foundation that can evolve alongside its work.

“I can’t thank the Blankhouse team enough for their incredible work on the Lifeline WA website. The quality of their work was outstanding. They truly listened to our needs and delivered a solution that gives us greater freedom and control, while saving us significant time when updating our site.

We’re so proud of the final result. It not only looks fantastic, but is also incredibly user-friendly to manage, update and maintain moving forward. We’re genuinely grateful to the team for such an exceptional outcome.”
