The project
Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli needed a website that made it easier for people across Northern Sydney to find support, access local services and understand the many ways they could get involved. The challenge was to bring a broad range of information into one clear, reassuring experience without losing the warmth and community focus at the heart of the organisation.
We redesigned the website from the ground up with accessibility, clarity and ease of use guiding every decision. Clear pathways help people quickly reach crisis support, counselling and referral services, while thoughtfully structured content makes it just as easy to explore volunteering, events, fundraising and retail locations. The custom WordPress build also gives the team the flexibility to manage and expand the website as their services evolve.
The new platform offers a calm and intuitive experience that better reflects the organisation and the communities it supports. Fast performance, streamlined forms and a flexible content system make the website easy for visitors to navigate and straightforward for the team to manage.
